HOW TO’S

CABLE

PARENTAL CONTROL FOR CABLE CHANNELS

For parental control go under MENU/SELECT/PARENTAL CONTROL/ENTER 4 DIGIT CODE/EXIT

**You must be on the channel you want to block!!

PARENTAL CONTROL FOR VOD

To lock the channels so that they cannot be ordered go under MENU/SETUP/PARENTAL CONTROL SETUP/ TV RATING (choose TVMA)/ MOVIE RATING (choose Adult)/HIDE TITLES.

 

QUICK REMOTE SETUP

1.       Turn Device on
2.       Press Device key (TV,DVD, etc.)
3.       Press and hold SETUP (LED blinks twice)
4.       Press 9-9-1 (LED blinks twice)
5.       Press CH+ repeatedly until device turns off
6.       Press SETUP when Device turns off

PHONE

TO ACCESS VOICEMAIL (FIRST TIME)

From your phone, dial you 10 digit phone number or dial *62

Default pass code is 4227

When prompted, enter new pass code

Re-enter the same new pass code at the prompt

When you hear “your password has been changed successfully” it has been accepted

Press # key

Once in the system, you will hear “Welcome to your Voice Messaging System.  If you are not calling from your home phone, press the *key.

 

TO HAVE VOICEMAIL SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

To check your monthly usage go to: http://myaccount.kuhncom.net.  Type in username & password then traffic statistics icon.

This site also has a number of other useful information & tips.

** When you subscribe to our internet service, your monthly bill will be sent to you by email and you will no longer receive a paper billing.

FORWARD MAIL TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT :

Click gear icon in the upper right, then select Settings

Click the Forwarding & POP/IMAP tab

From the first drop-down menu in the “Forwarding” section, select “Add a Forwarding Address”

Enter the email address to which you’d like your messages forwarded

For your security, we’ll send verification to that email address (after notifying us)

Open your forwarding email account, and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team

Click the verification link in that email

Back in your Gmail account, select the “Forward a copy of incoming mail to…”option and select your forwarding address from the drop-down menu

Select the action you’d like your messages to take from the drop-down menu.  You can choose to keep Gmail’s copy of the message in your inbox, or you can send it automatically to ALL MAIL or TRASH

Click Save Changes

TO STOP AUTO-FORWARDING:

Click the gear icon in the upper right, then select Settings

Click the Forwarding & POP/IMAP tab, of if you use Google Apps, you might have a Forwarding tab instead

In the Forwarding section, select the Disable Forwarding radio button

Click the first drop-down menu in the Forwarding section and check for any forwards created  by filitering

 

ONLINE BILL PAYING  

At icon (pay my bill), click on link

Enter phone number without area code or dashes

Enter your 4 digit pin number

Once in your account you can view your statements, make payment online, etc.
